Embry Family Law P.C. was formed in late 2018 by Ben E. Embry, CFLS. Ben is a Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Ben was previously the managing partner of Embry Dana Sattro, LLP, a full-service law firm. Realizing that a full-service firm could not service clients in a manner that clients deserve, Ben left Embry Dana Sattro, LLP and formed Embry Family Law P.C., where the only practice is family law and the focus is the client.

- Compassion: We know that our clients are going through a difficult time in their lives. They may be feeling hopeless, uncertain, and fearful, among other emotions. Trust us, we know. Although we may not have had the same issue arise in our lives, our life experiences have likely given rise to the same emotions. So: We know what you are going through.
- Adaptability: Life throws us curveballs, and nothing is ever as easy as it seems. We get that. Take your issue – you probably never thought you would be here. We can adapt to the situation at hand and are never caught off guard.
- Respect: This is twofold: First, we respect our clients. It might seem like this is obvious – attorneys should always respect their clients. Trust us, not all do – but that’s not who we are. We will go out of our way to show you that respect, never talking down to you and treating you by the “golden rule.” Second, we are respected among our peers and Judicial Officers. We value that respect and operate in a manner that continues down that path.
- Experience: It is our promise to you, the client, that you will have a good experience with our firm. We will keep you reasonably informed of what is going on in your case by giving prompt updates; we will discuss your matter with you; and we will never make you feel as though you are just one of many clients. I stumbled across this firm when searching for a good and honest family lawyer in the San Diego area. I proceeded to call and had the pleasure of speaking with Nicholas. He is THE main reason why I agreed to pay $250 for my initial 1 hr. zoom interview with Ben. To be quite honest, I didn’t really care for any of the staff in this firm other than Nicholas. He is extremely personable and friendly and made me feel at ease during this nerve-wracking process. He took the time to talk to me on the phone for almost an hour and walked me through the process which allowed me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I truly appreciate all of your help Nick!
